Artichoke Spinach Dip

This is the dip that we had at Thanksgiving. I forgot to tell Blair that it had mayonnaise in it and I added Parmesan. It is also really good with cut up vegetables dipped in it. The description also says that you can use fat-free/reduced fat substitutions. Remember to drain and rinse the artichoke hearts and let the spinach drain. I also squeeze the spinach to get rid of excess water.
